Founder Fee Stubblefield with his Grandmother, Lillian, and his son.

The Springs Living started with our founder's promise to his grandmother. "I promise never to move you to an 'old folks' home."

We make that same promise to our residents today.

When our founder, Fee Stubblefield, was a young boy, he made a promise to his grandmother that has extended to the thousands of older adults we have served since 1996. Our communities feel like home – the feeling is palpable when you walk in the door.

Since people have different definitions of what home feels like, our communities each have a unique design and ambiance. Whether you are looking for a cozy community nestled in the woods, a conveniently located community in the suburbs, or a modern, 12-story community in an urban setting, we have choices for selecting your next home.
