Libby earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and her Master’s of Public Health from the University of Washington. Prior to joining The Springs at Tanasbourne in 2020, she was the CEO of Cedar Hills Hospital. After leaving Cedar Hills, she and her husband went on a 6 month trip around the world.

Jillian Coel
Director of Community Relations
Jillian has been with The Springs at Tanasbourne since 2010. She has had many roles here but has loved Community Relations the most, especially getting to know all about the new prospects coming in. Jillian has twin boys and a singleton boy who keeps her very busy at home. She loves to spend time outdoors with them and her friends.

Steven Cameron
Director of Food & Beverage
Steven began his career in senior living at The Springs at Tanasbourne in 2015. He grew up in Kansas and has worked in fine-dining restaurants and hotels in Kansas City, Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York City, The U.S. Virgin Islands and Barcelona, Spain. When not at work, you may find him in his home bike shop, hiking, foraging for mushrooms or at the theatre.

Greg Young
Community Services Director
Greg has been with The Springs at Tanasbourne since we broke ground in 2007. After a brief period at our Sherwood community, he returned in 2014. Greg is married with two daughters and a son. In his free time, Greg enjoys skiing (snow and water) and spending time with his extended family.

Christy Charnquist
Life Enrichment Director
Christy has used her combined experience from the music industry in Nashville and as Professional organizer in her current role as The Life Enrichment Director for The Springs at Tanasbourne. Christy is one of the original employees hired prior to opening The Springs at Tanasbourne in 2007.
