Happy Valley, Ore., November 15, 2025 – The Springs Living announced today a new Happy Valley community for older adults is joining the organization. The community was previously owned and operated by Denver-based MorningStar Senior Living.
“The Springs Living has been intentional about how we can grow as an organization while maintaining consistent quality care and services,” said Brenda Connelly, president of The Springs Living.
“Increasing our presence in the Happy Valley area helps us provide more choices for potential residents, addressing a growing need for quality services that accommodate a range of budgets.”
MorningStar of Happy Valley will now be called The Springs at Sunnyside. The community’s nearly 100 team members provide assisted living and memory care services to roughly 150 older adults.
“This transition will provide continuity of care for residents as well as stability and career advancement opportunities for the valued team members currently serving them,” Connelly continued. “We look forward to supporting this team and sharing the abundant local resources already available to our nearby Springs Living communities.”
The Springs Living now owns and operates 22 communities serving nearly 3,300 older adults in Oregon, Montana, and Washington.
