Cari Buchholz is the Senior Executive Director for The Springs Living Salem campuses. Cari was born in Ontario, Oregon and grew up in Keizer, Oregon. She graduated from McNary High School. Cari received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Willamette University with double majors in Business Economics and Sociology. Cari is married and has two grown boys. Cari has worked in senior housing for 25 years. She enjoys coaching softball and volunteering in her spare time. Cari loves serving others.

Jennifer Campbell
Administrator
Jennifer has worked with adults with disabilities and seniors since 2001. She has a passion for helping individuals live their life to the fullest. Jennifer graduated from WOU in 2014 with a bachelors in psychology. Jennifer has two teenage daughters that she enjoys spending most of her time with. She loves to walk the many beautiful trails we have in Oregon and take day trips to the beach.

Kimberly McNaught
Life Enrichment Director
Kimberly enjoys going for a walk or hike, taking trips to the beach, camping with her husband and 2 amazing children as well as spending time with friends. Kimberly loves helping the residents and enriching their lives. Kimberly has been with The Springs since 2016.

Raeann Salchenberg
Community Relations Director
Raeann is the Director of Community Relations for The Springs Living Salem campus. She was born and raised here in Salem Oregon, graduated from West Salem High School and received her Bachelors of Arts in Communication Studies at Western Oregon University. She began working in the non-profit industry after college and transitioned to Senior Living back in 2020 to fulfill her passion for making a difference in the lives of Seniors. Raeann is a mother to a rescued Pomeranian Mix pup, named Dale, who is her partner in crime. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, watching the Hallmark channel or true crime, traveling and LOVES anything Disney related. You can also find Raeann gardening, going to country music concerts and volunteering her time at a summer camp for children and adults with disabilities.
