"I recently helped my parents to become residents at The Springs at Anna Maria. The guidance and assistance my parents and I received significantly exceeded our expectations. The director of community relationsrespondedto my many calls, provided detailed, well-informed information, and anticipated numerous accommodations. Especially impressive was the day ofour first visit to The Springs at Anna Maria, to take a tour of the residence. She and the receptionistwelcomed all of us by name and with a smile. As welooked around the main lobby, every resident who passed by was greeted bya staff member in a similar manner, and asked a question which indicated a personal knowledge of the resident. My immediate impression was that the residents were part of a large and caringfamily. In addition to this warm and welcomingenvironment, the facilities indicated a dedicated maintenance staff; every room, such as the dining hall, the interior grounds, and every hallway, were well maintained, clean, and furnished in a refined manner. Theactual residence was clean, spacious, and of a format which facilitated ease of movement. My parents are now members of this wonderful family, a placein which they are protected and cherished."
