Affectionately referred to as the BOM, Serena maintains accuracy of our billing statements, makes sure that vendors are paid and also supports the wonderful team at the front desk. The front desk team is the first voice that people hear on the phone and the first faces that folks see when they visit our community.
Lauren Lebien grew up in Washington State, and came to the Eugene area to attend the University of Oregon, where she received her degree in Communications. From concierge, Lauren shadowed the community relations team and resident relations director before accepting a position that led her to work part time in both. Connie Morton, RN, joins the Greer Gardens team as Director of Health Services and a wealth of experience in home, hospital, facility, mental health, and hospice nursing. In addition to her nursing degree, she also has an Associates in Human Services, and translates those skills into not only taking care of others, but teaching her team by example. Connie lives in the Mohawk Valley with her husband and cats, and they are looking to add a dog to their empty nest, as her 4 children have grown and are occupied with the 5 grandchildren. As a rock hound, her favorite place in the world is outside, specifically the beach or the river, but also in the garden.
