We're so glad we moved our dad into the Springs! When his Dr said he needed to be placed into a memory care facility back in mid 2024 we were a bit panicked and didnt know where to start. We ended up touring a number of facilities around Portland, Hillsboro and Beaverton. The staff at the Springs offered a ton of support and advice and we ultimately ended up placing my dad at the Springs in Tanasbourne. Its been eight months now and I cant say anything negative about the facility and the staff. In fact, I'd say they are amazing and keep my dad comfortable and always doing extra activities to keep him busy. The facility is bright, clean, energetic and extremely friendly! We actually enjoy going out there to visit. I highly recommend The Springs!!!”

I always describe The Springs as like living full-time on a cruise ship. There are 3 great restaurants with an incredible food selection that is constantly changing, so that the residents get a variety of choices. There's a pool, theater, workout facilities, onsite physical therapy and the most amazing rooftop area that I've ever seen. There are so many activities that you can participate in, you will NEVER be bored. Of course my mom likes to try to take advantage of everything, so she's always putting together puzzles, doing flower arrangements, painting, playing board games and she works out 6-days a week with a group of other residents. You can choose how much or how little you want to participate but I'll tell you, being active like my mom is, I believe has added years to her life.”

I have lived in several senior communities, but none can compare to The Springs at the Waterfront. It is above and beyond what you'll find anywhere else when it comes to the setting, the building, the amenities, the food, and especially the staff. I am in independent living but have friends who are in both memory care and assisted living. I can assure you that they are very well-cared-for and have some of the best river views in the building. If you have been considering a senior living community come see this one first.”

In 1996, as he searched for a home for his grandmother, our Founder, Fee Stubblefield, discovered firsthand how limited quality senior care options were for families.

Since then, The Springs Living has stayed true to its mission to provide warm and welcoming communities that prioritize the human experience of aging and living well. Residents are surrounded by an attentive, supportive team that cares deeply about them.

Today, The Springs Living owns and operates senior living communities across Montana, Oregon, and Washington. While each community has a distinct personality, they all share the common bond of providing quality resident experiences through our enriching culture of promise.
