The Springs Living Recognized as 11th on the 2020 Best Workplaces for Aging Services™ by Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE

McMinnville, Ore. – December 10, 2020 – Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE have honored The Springs Living as one of the 2020 Best Workplaces for Aging Services. The ranking considered feedback representing 189,159 employees working for Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations in Senior Housing & Care and At-Home Care in the Aging Services industry.

Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team.

Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. The Springs Living took the #11 spot on the list.

The Springs Living has continued to emphasize quality and compassion during the COVID-19 pandemic, prioritizing the protection of its employees. In addition to securing abundant PPE from the start, The Springs Living extended paid sick time for employees so they could not worry about staying home if they displayed even mild symptoms. The Springs also launched Hero Meals, which provided staff to bring home a complimentary meal for their family after each shift. And the company helped relieve staff from having to go to grocery stores by setting up mini-markets of food and household staples at cost in each community.
