The Springs Living is Certified as a Great Place to Work for Second Consecutive Year

The Springs Living is proud to announce its certification as a great place to work. This is the second consecutive year that The Springs Living has earned this designation by independent analysts at Activated Insights, the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.

“We believe that culture is defined by the people in it,” said Fee Stubblefield, the founder and CEO of The Springs Living. “That is why we are careful to select our team members based on shared values and to look at how we can best serve them so that they can best serve our residents.”

According to the study, 89 percent of employees who took the survey say that they are proud to work for The Springs Living. The Trust Index Survey is based on five aspects of trust: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. The certification process includes anonymous employee surveys from across The Springs’ 17 locations. The independent research and consulting firm evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. These rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
