Medford, Oregon — August 2, 2023 — Teresa Hill has been appointed the executive director of The Springs at Anna Maria in Medford, Oregon, which provides independent living and assisted living services. As executive director, Hill is responsible for all aspects of community operations, including ensuring quality service to residents, maintaining financial and regulatory compliance, and recruiting and retaining employees.

Hill brings nearly a decade of senior living experience to the role, having served most recently as community manager at Marian Estates Independent Living in Sublimity, Oregon, and Holiday Rogue Valley in Grants Pass, Oregon. She also has more than 15 years in the real estate industry building relationships with clients through trust and knowledge. Hill studied business at Katharine Gibbs School, New York while working in the hospitality industry.
