Regional Director of Operations
Laura supports The Springs Living communities including The Springs at Greer Gardens ensuring they have the resources they need to fulfill our promise to our residents, their families and employees. She has worked with The Springs Living since 2003 and has been in service to others since 1987.
Business Office Manager
Affectionately referred to as the BOM, Serena maintains accuracy of our billing statements, makes sure that vendors are paid and also supports the wonderful team at the front desk. The front desk team is the first voice that people hear on the phone and the first faces that folks see when they visit our community.
Director of Community Relations
Tina and her community relations team are the first point of introduction to The Springs at Greer Gardens. They provide valuable information and consultation to prospective residents and their families who are determining which senior living community best fits their needs and wishes.
Wendy Finch, RN
Director of Health Services
Wendy supports our health services employees by providing education and consultation for health related needs and conditions. She also works closely with the medical community in coordination of care for our residents.
Rene St. Cyr
Rene supports our entire Culinary team and assures that our Art of Delicious signature is delivered and our residents and their guests have a fantastic dining experience.
Director of Life Enrichment
Ashley has been a team player at The Springs Living communities since 2013 holding a various positions. Currently the Life Enrichment Director, she thrives in developing programs and watching the joy.
Director of Resident Relations
Candice supports our Concierge and Transportation services and assures that independent residents are acquainted with the resources available to them both at The Springs at Greer Gardens and in the community at large.
Health Services Administrator
Jules supports our Assisted Living and Footsteps® Memory Care services and assures that our health services staff have the training and resources to take great care of our residents.
Director of Plant Operations
Bruce supports our maintenance and housekeeping team members to assure they have the resources they need to maintain our beautiful community inside and out. He also works closely with Harold Greer to maintain the stunning landscaping that makes up Greer Gardens.
Matt supports the hiring teams with recruitment efforts and selecting the very best staff members to serve our residents and their families. He is responsible for coordinating new employee and on-going education and morale reinforcing events for our crew.
Lauren supports all our residents at the Concierge desk where she provides the information and resources for residents to sign up for all the services and activities that interest them.
