We have chosen to work at The Springs at Lake Oswego because it fulfills more than our need to make a living, it fulfills our desire to serve others.
George had more than a decade of working in retirement communities before joining The Springs at Lake Oswego in 2018. With an MBA from Marylhurst University and a BS from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, he also served on the board for LeadingAge Oregon - proving his dedication to serving seniors.
Director of Community Relations
Candice started her career in senior living in 1996 and later joined The Springs Living in 2010. She was a key player in the lease up success of The Springs at Tanasbourne, later joining the Home Office as the Director of Sales, and most recently with the team at The Springs at Lake Oswego. Candice has an incredible passion for seniors and it is obvious in all her endeavors.
Health Services Administrator
Jeff has worked in Senior Housing since 2011 as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Health Services Administrator. Jeff graduated with a BS in Political Science from the University of Oregon in 2002 followed by a seven-year career working for the Federal Government in Washington D.C. As the Health Services Administrator he oversaw the operations and successfully led a number of deficiency free surveys.
Business Office Manager
Kathy joined The Springs Living in 2019 with 30 years of experience in office management and customer service. Seniors hold a very special place in her heart. Having had older parents, she’s been involved with seniors her entire life. While navigating through the stages of aging parents, she gained a new appreciation for families experiencing challenges with loved ones as they age.
Food and Beverage Director
Kelly joined The Springs Living in 2019 with 30 years of hospitality experience including serving as Food and Beverage Manager at the Oregon Episcopal School, where she focused on healthy and balanced meals for a community of 1000. Kelly is thrilled to bring her passion for food and gracious hospitality to the residents of The Springs at Lake Oswego.
Life Enrichment Director
Dana joined The Springs Living in 2019 after working with seniors in varying capacities for over 12 years. Her background includes health club management, a Director of Health and Wellness, sales and marketing. When not at work, Dana enjoys time outside in a variety of activities from hiking to cycling and gardening. She is excited to share her passion for fitness and all things fun with the team and residents.
Resident Relations Director
Liz joined The Springs Living in 2019 with the passion and enthusiasm to work in a field that serves the senior community and gives her purpose. She has a BA in Art Education from Ohio University and a MAT from Marylhurst University. She brings with her an extensive background in customer service, education and property management and is excited to be a part of The Springs Living team.
Duvessa graduated with a BA in Arts from the University of Oregon in 2018 and has been working with The Springs Living in various capacities since 2017. With a concentration in communications, Duvessa is passionate about building relationships and working where she can be of service to others.
Staff Development Coordinator
Sarah joined The Springs Living with several years of experience working in senior care and staff development. She graduated in 2014 with a Master’s in Applied Psychology, with a focus in Organizational Development. Sarah believes that quality of care starts with finding the best employees, with warm hearts, who want to do the right thing. When not at work, she enjoys time with her friends and family and volunteering at her church.
Community Relations Coordinator
Suzi has experienced the advantages of senior living communities through her mom, stepdad and aunt and now combines her love of seniors with her background in sales. Suzi holds a Bachelors of Business and Management from Marylhurst University and joined The Springs Living family in 2018.
Plant Operations Director
Bob has been in facilities management since 1994 and in Senior Housing as a building engineer since 2005. As a long time property manager, maintenance technician, construction manager and business owner he comes prepared to deliver the highest standard in customer service to the residents of The Springs at Lake Oswego.
