Justin Duke

Executive Director

Justin began his career as a CNA and has experience working with Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing environments. He has a passion for senior care and is driven to create and maintain a collaborative team culture where employees, residents, and families can thrive. When not on site, he can generally be found golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his friends and family.

Jessica Zander

Business Office Manager

Jess has been with The Springs at Grand Park since 2016. She is passionate about helping residents thrive within the community and helps staff to succeed in their various positions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, boating on various lakes, attending live music events, playing softball and riding a Harley.

Sgp Kari Fox

Kari Fox, RN

Director of Health Services

Kari has close to twenty years of nursing experience, with a significant amount of that time spent working within the senior care field. Her desire to provide a homelike atmosphere for residents and their families is a constant focus and is infectious for those she speaks with. Away from work Kari enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and horseback riding with her two daughters.

Executive Chef

David has been cooking professionally since 1992 and as a Chef for The Springs at Grand Park since 2005. David is excited about the Culinary Program called “The Art of Delicious” and how it positively impacts the staff and residents.

Sgp Jerry Parnell

Jerry Parnell

Director of Plant Operations

Jerry joined The Springs Living in 2017 and brings close to ten years of facility maintenance experience. During his first tour, he noticed felt a warm and welcoming environment that was like walking into a home. Since then, he has been driven to make this community continue to maintain that same atmosphere. Jerry enjoys spending time with his family and grandkids when not actively working to improve the community.

Jillian Gue

Memory Care Coordinator

Jillian, originally from Bozeman, MT, started her career as a Caregiver in the Memory Care environment. This passion for senior care lead to her graduating from Montana State University with a degree in Community Health along with a certificate in Gerontology. She has also recently completed her masters in Healthcare Administration. During her time off, Jillian loves being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Pam Henrichs

Director of Life Enrichment

Pam has been with The Springs at Grand Park since 2015 and loves utilizing the 7 elements of wellness to enrich the staff and residents lives on a daily basis. In her free time, Pam enjoys biking, crafting, and spending time with her family (especially her grandson).
