Seasonally inspired, made-to-order dishes are available across a variety of cuisines including traditional comfort foods, vegetarian selections, heart-healthy variations and favorites from around the globe.
We’ve crafted a set of food values and kitchen principles that guide our chefs every day. From sourcing ingredients and crafting menus to choosing recipes and the presentation of your plate, we aim to provide meals that are made using nutritious, sustainably sourced ingredients and are prepared in wholesome, flavorful ways.
We partner with Grains of Montana for of our wheat products. A family run business based in Nashua, Montana, they have been growing wheat and legumes since 1965. Their crop rotation system replaces nitrogen in the soil in a natural and environmentally friendly way, making them a fit for our values of using local, sustainably produced ingredients.
