Terek has been in the senior living profession since 2008. With a focus on staff development, Terek creates a culture of camaraderie and service among his team that promotes the very best care and customer service for residents. Terek moved to Bozeman to join The Springs Living in 2018.
Community Relations Director
Born and raised in Montana, Danielle graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelors in Family Science. Her career has spanned being a Business Analyst to a Chief Operations Officer and in 2019 to The Springs Living at Bozeman where serving seniors is her passion.
Business Office Manager
Dawn has worked in the HR and accounting field most of her life including working at the Belgrade school district and with the Montana State University team. Dawn is married and has two wonderful children. Dawn joined The Springs Living in 2019 which she says is like “Coming home. This is my dream job, I am so grateful for our opportunity to serve seniors each and everyday.”
Director of Health Services
Diana has been a Registered Nurse since 2006 and has been working in healthcare most of her life. Her experience includes Cardiovascular ICU as well as Trauma ICU nursing. She's also been in Leadership positions for the past 5 years. Diana believes that coming to work for The Springs Living is her niche and this is her home. Aside from work, Diana enjoys time with her husband, daughters and grandson.
Food and Beverage Director
Thomas began his career in the Sonoma Wine country of California in the 1980’s and developed a passion for Hospitality and the Culinary arts. A One Team/One Goal philosophy is how he leads, building a team focused on sharing their passion for exceptional meals and experiences. Thomas loves the outdoors and travel, hiking, hunting, camping, ATV and Jeep excursions and spending family time with his wife and children.
Caitlyn has been in the health care industry since 2004, focusing on Geriatrics. When her grandpa was diagnosed with dementia, she became his caregiver learning she had a special passion for seniors. Caitlyn chose to join The Springs Living because the core values truly represent the best in senior living and resident care. When she is not at work she loves outdoor adventures, wake surfing and camping.
Life Enrichment Director
Brett joined The Springs Living in 2019 with a diverse medical background that incorporates clinical nursing and quality assurance. “Building relationships and maintaining a healthy life is at the core of human happiness and contentment. Our residents have a lot of life to live and I am honored to be an integral part to their daily joy.”
Bree joined The Springs Living in 2019 eager to build meaningful relationships and excited to be a part of a community that focuses on quality care for seniors.Originally from Minnesota, Bree moved to Bozeman in 2013 to attend Montana State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She has an extensive background in customer service and is overjoyed to be able to work in a field that gives her life meaning and purpose.
Plant Operations Manager
Leland moved to Bozeman over 30 years ago and this is where he met his wife. He worked at The Black Angus Steak House for 18 years in a variety of roles and in 2003 he switched careers to Senior Living as a Dining Services Coordinator and eventually, the Maintenance Director. Leland joined The Springs Living in 2019.
