Terek has been in the senior living profession since 2008. With a focus on staff development, Terek creates a culture of camaraderie and service among his team that promotes the very best care and customer service for residents. Terek moved to Bozeman to join The Springs Living in 2018.
Business Office Manager
Dawn has worked in the HR and accounting field most of her life including working at the Belgrade school district and with the Montana State University team. Dawn is married and has two wonderful children. Dawn joined The Springs Living in 2019 which she says is like “Coming home. This is my dream job, I am so grateful for our opportunity to serve seniors each and everyday.”
Community Relations Director
Janya moved to Bozeman 25 years ago and has a degree in Resort and Hospitality Management. She began her career at The Springs as the Dining Room Supervisor then joined the Community Relations team in 2020. She had no idea the impact this industry would have on her nor the passion she has to communicate with residents and their families. This is where she belongs and cannot imagine herself doing anything else.
Food and Beverage Director
Thomas began his career in the Sonoma Wine country of California in the 1980’s and developed a passion for Hospitality and the Culinary arts. A One Team/One Goal philosophy is how he leads, building a team focused on sharing their passion for exceptional meals and experiences. Thomas loves the outdoors and travel, hiking, hunting, camping, ATV and Jeep excursions and spending family time with his wife and children.
Life Enrichment Director
Amy's love for working with seniors developed early on in her career as a Cosmetologist. Offering seniors opportunities and assistance to enjoy living life is what brings her joy. Prior to joining The Springs at Bozeman, Amy worked various roles in senior healthcare and has been teaching yoga since 2010.
Plant Operations Manager
Leland moved to Bozeman over 30 years ago and this is where he met his wife. He worked at The Black Angus Steak House for 18 years in a variety of roles and in 2003 he switched careers to Senior Living as a Dining Services Coordinator and eventually, the Maintenance Director. Leland joined The Springs Living in 2019.
Resident Relations Manager
Clay has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years with a strong background in restaurant management. Clay said he came to The Springs looking for an opportunity to pursue his passion of hospitality because the staff and environment, felt like home the moment he walked through the doors. Clay enjoys all sports along with playing drums, guitar, and singing and more than anything, Clay enjoys being with his wife and son.
Pam completed her HR degree through Montana State University Bozeman and Billings, graduating with honors and joined The Springs at Bozeman in 2019. Working with the staff and the residents gives her great joy and immense gratitude to serve and give back to the diverse generations.
Tina Espeland, RN
Director of Nursing
Tina graduated from Montana State University Billings with a degree in Nursing and has worked in home health/personal care for 21 years prior to coming to The Springs at Bozeman in 2020. She has always loved working with seniors who offer so much wisdom and is now hoping to help them live their best life.
