For cooks, sous chefs, and chefs, The Springs Living follows a philosophy we call “Art of Delicious.” Joining our team means you will learn how we cook from scratch using local and regional foods emphasizing a seasonal approach to our menu offerings. We offer a professional environment with culinary professionals and educational support from a state-of-the-art online culinary school. We also offer roles in baking and patisserie.

These career paths are for caregivers and dining services. We encourage you to follow your heart and we will guide you every step of the way.

Career Path: Caregiver to Executive Director

Caregiver → Lead caregiver or → Caregiver mentor → Medication Technician (Med Tech) → Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) → Administrator → Executive Director

Career Path: Caregiver to Director of Health Services (BSN, RN)

Caregiver → Lead caregiver, or Mentor → Medication Technician (Med Tech) → Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), long-term care → Registered Nurse → Director of Health Services

Career Path: Dining Services Front of House and Back of House

Front of House: Busser → Wait Support → Wait Staff → Dining Room Lead, or Mentor → Dining Room Supervisor → Dining Room Manager
Back of House: Dishwasher → Prep Cook → Line Cook → Sous Chef → Chef
